New Strategy Director Jes Baikins Welcomed To Our Team

We are delighted to announce that Jes Baikins has officially joined our team at Gamification+. Jes has been supporting our work behind the scenes since late 2020. She has been particularly involved in the successful delivery of our last two Gamification Europe conference events.

Jes founded the company Crowdfund 360 where she has helped her clients raise over £5 million and advised on a huge variety of projects, with workshops for the UN and EU and as a mentor for many international startup labs. She is a natural gamifier with an innate understanding of the rewards structures and motivations need to build a crowd and then get them involved. She also has a great track record in working with gamified education products in this market. Her experiences, combined with her work as primary school teacher, have inspired her interest in gamification and education, so expect to see more from us in this area!

In short, Jes brings strategic vision (among many other skills) to the team and, we have realised, is the Yin to Pete’s Yang, bringing balance to our endeavours. Here’s to a bright future for Gamification+.
