I don’t want to play

Once in a while (specifically on my nights off), I have noticed a lack of desire to play video games. I want to play 3 to 4 video games with my friend but I just can’t force myself to play right now. Has anyone had this experience? I’m sure someone has, what do you recommend to overcome this? I work a lot on the road and I don’t have another hobby besides games.
