Need help deciding on a game to buy

So I have enough money to buy all three at least three or four times over but it’s a smarter financial decision to only buy one for right now and hold off for a month or two to buy another. Which one should I get? Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Mortal Kombat 1 or Spider-Man 2? Y’all let me know what you think because I’m torn. All have replay ability but I just can’t decide
