Recommendations for a good gaming laptop

My windows 10 2015 PC finally gave out and died, which means it's time for an upgrade, but I was already having a lot of issues with finding space for the bulky son of a bitch so I've decided that my next option will be a laptop.

Unfortunately, I know little to nothing about technology, gigabytes, all that shit, so I'm hoping some gamers can help me out here.

I'm looking for a laptop that is able to run Steam, Optifine & Minecraft, Roblox, Microsoft Office, etc. That along with I'm hoping I can find something that comes with a touch screen pencil that I can use for digital art. (not a requirement but if it's out there I'll take it)

I've thought about just biting the bullet and getting an Ipad Pro that comes with a keyboard attatchment, but I've never really liked apple products with the way that the second a new model comes out, the thing basically self destructs after a couple years and I'm looking for something that's gonna last me a good while.

I'm also looking for something that has a headphone/mic jack. I've been seeing a bunch of new phones/tablets where the only option is bluetooth and I don't really fuck with that.

Please leave me some good recommendations, I'm hoping that I can stay under $1,000 price wise, because I'm not looking for a used laptop, I want something new
