Are all smart people good at chess? To play chess you don’t have to be smart ( you might know how the pieces move and have a rating 200, 300 range ) nothing smart about that anyone can do it. NOW to play GOOD chess (1800+ rating range) you have to be SMART, INTELLIGENT.
