Can you turn of blood in Ark? Sadly there’s no in-game way to remove the blood splatter (I too would like one), however if you’re playing on PC you can adjust the texture files so they don’t show up. This has to be redone most updates, and doesn’t remove it entirely, but it does reduce it considerably.
