Eneba problem
So yesterday i bought Total War Warhammer Trilogy together with 5 dlc's from Eneba. When i clicked continue after writing down my credentials it was saying on my screen "this may take a while" and after 20 minutes the bank send me a message telling me that money were taken by Eneba. And when i check to see if i got my keys it was saying "payment incompleate" and i tried looking for the keys in my library and other aections but i didn't get them so i texted support and a bot responds with the same message everytime and on the top of the message it says ##-Please type your reply above this line-## and its physically impossible to write above it, so now i am 54CHF less, no games and the only thing i got is a headache. I came for help on Reddit. Any useful information will be appreciated.
