How do I get rock noobs? Rock Noob can be found in both the Wilderness and Miner’s Cave zones of the Wild Jungle universe. He seems to spawn in a random location in each server. In the Miner’s Cave zone, he spawns on the wall in between the lava rock and sand areas within the cave.
