Trees will respawn by default by 10% of their total number each time you sleep, but Regrowing Trees can be turned off in the Settings menu under the Gameplay section.

How do you trade in Prodigy?
Once you select what you want to trade, you should click on a “Confirm” button. A short animation will play where a monster takes the items, and you’ll have to battle it to complete the trade. For actually requesting to trade, you should click on the player you want to trade with and select what you want to trade.
How do you get obsidian in Prodigy?
This can only be obtained from sand piles at Shipwreck Shore while completing tasks to obtain the Mythical Epic, Magmayhem.
