DIY Rice Sock – Instructions:

Simply fill up your sock with rice.
Knot off the end of the sock {like you would a balloon}.
When you’ve got some aches or pains, simply heat sock in microwave for approx. 45 – 50 seconds.
Apply to affected area for a quick and easy DIY heating pad.
