I played this GBA game long time ago and I forgot his name :(

Help me find this game I was very little when I played this game and I really can't remember the name, I have look alot in internet and nothing This was an ghost game, kinda child friendly I know that the game had 2 caracthers and you could switch between them middle gameplay, one of the caracthers his gun was something kinda like a laser bean and that laser would kill the ghosts The other one was more like a regular gun The caracthers with the normal gun could jump very high , while the caracthers with laser beam gun jumped very low due do gun weight…. I remember that the game had ghost carnivuors plants The beggining of the game started with you driving an car to the destinion, and the driving vision was kinda like GTA II game The game also had an item that you could throw that worked kinda like a "vacuum" And the ghosts would gets vacuumed to that…. Sorry my English, this is not my main language , I really hope that someone can help me 🙏
