Is an Xbox Series S worth it?

I currently have a Wii U, Switch Lite, Ps2, Ps4, and Ps5. Is getting a Series S worth it? My Ps5 is my primary console. I don't want to feel like I'm hoarding consoles, but the Series S is a rather small price, as well as the console itself being smaller. It's mainly to play 6th and 7th gen games, such as Asura's Wrath, Metal Gear Rising, Sonic Adventure 2, and Thrillville OTR without having to find $50 physical copies, along with Xbox exclusives like Hi Fi Rush. That, and to play the best versions of the Ninja Gaiden games. Along with Gamepass. Is $250-$300 too much for this console?
