This game is far too flawed to be getting this level of praise. Put simply, Breath of the Wild lacks charm, character, personality, or that “Zelda magic.” The story is so light that it may as well not even be there. Sure, not all games need a strong story or lore, like Tetris, but this isn’t Tetris.
