Bloodborne 2 does not have a release date because it is not in development. The team at From Software are currently working on Elden Ring, an ambitious new RPG coming to PC and current-generation consoles. If there’s any chance of a Bloodborne sequel, we haven’t heard about it yet. Jan 14, 2022

When you meet Oceiros in a cavern at the far end of the Consumed King’s Garden, he has been made into a strange half dragon creature. This seems to have occurred because he studied the work of Big Hat Logan, who had been similarly consumed by his research into Seath’s knowledge.
Will Xbox get Bloodborne?
It’s bad news for Xbox players though, as the original Bloodborne was only available on PS4. So except the sequel to only feature on PS5, so PC players will miss out too.
